Amsterdam detective Piet van der Valk (Marc Warren) has his hands full with three more baffling cases in this second season of the update of the classic British mystery series. "Plague on Amsterdam" involves one gruesome murder and a clue that indicates more are coming. Next, there's "Blood in Amsterdam" and it flows directly to a family-owned diamond business. Finally, van der Valk must figure out who killed a talented cellist, in "Payback in Amsterdam." With Maimie McCoy, Luke Allen-Gale, Elliot Barnes-Worrell. 4 1/2 hrs. Total on two discs.
